Product Introduction
AKE-W406 Network Thermostats are specially designed to control the FCU (fan coil unit) of Central air-conditioning systems. Compare with common thermostats, W406 has more functions, such as detecting FCU status, centralized meter reading and remote control. It is one of the ameliorated models in AKE Central Air Conditioner Cost Allocation System.

C02M Data Collector is a data acquisition module which performs real-time state detection to Motorized Valve and FCU (Fan Coil Unit). It¡¯s mainly used in central air conditioner cost allocation systems for purposes of fee charging on the basis of time. C02M Data Collector does not perform control function, so it must be connected with a G02M Communication Manager via serial communications. When the central air conditioner is cooling or heating with the valve opened and the fan operating, G02M Data Collector starts to cumulate and store the operating time.

Q: power consumption of FCU
P: cooling/ heating capacity at that speed level (heat exchanging power)
T: operating time at that speed level

Connection Requirement:
Terminals I, J, K connect to the relevant terminals of the high, middle or low level of temperature controller. Terminals L, M, N connect to the high, middle or low speed level of the switch of FCU. The opening valve of the temperature controller connects with the terminal E of C02M Data Collector in parallel to an opening-valve wire, terminal H connects with the ¡°Neutral¡± from AC220V power supply. This connection rule applies to both two-wire valves and three-wire valves. As for valveless system, no connection is need for the detection terminals.
The G02M Communication Manager supplies electricity to C02M Data Collector. The power supply and the connection share a 75mm-sized fore-core wire. The topology of the connection should be bus mode (commonly known as ¡°hand in hand¡±) instead of star mode ("©×"¡¢"©æ"¡¢"*").

Connection scheme:
C02M Data Collector¡¢G02M Communication Manager¡¢Charging Meter J02 and a PC compose the Central Air Conditioner Cost Allocation System. C02M Data Collector connects the G02M Communication Manager via a connection wire; G02M Communication Manager connects J02 on the RS485 bus; J02 connects computer on the RS232 bus.

Reminder:
1. The addresses of C02M Data Collectors connected to the same G02M Communication Manager must not be duplicated.
2. The maximum distance on the bus under a G02M Communication Manager should be no more than 400 meters.
