Central Air Conditioner Cost Allocation System
Along with the fast grows of economic, the increasing demand for housing condition by people caused the wide use of air conditioner. The rise of estate management companies brought new ideas for the comprehensive building management. However, the independent accounting of the central air-conditioning cost for individual user caused a lot of disputes. How to charge the use central air conditioner became a big problem for estate management companies. In the past, most of them allocated the fee charge by proportion and functions. The disadvantages of this method are:
(1) The extravagant consumption wasted enormous energy and spent high cost of operation;
(2) The input for managing equipments increased, the effect of air conditioner became worse and the cost of maintenance high under excessive loads;
(3) The estate management companies were not able to provide charging basis for ordinary use, so a lot of disputes were caused to impact the company image negatively.
In order to change that, AKE developed the first generation of Central Air Conditioner Cost Allocation System in 1998, which provide an accurate and reasonable charging basis. It leads people to establish correct consumed views to save energy consciously and have yielded remarkable social and economic benefits.
Withstanding the tests of hundreds of projects over the last ten years, AKE has formed three main measuring systems: C02 family of time-mode system, C03 family of energy-mode system and water\ electricity\ gas metering system for central air conditioner. The systems were integrated by unattached modules; therefore, both centralized management and independent operation are practicable.
Practical applications:
1. C02M, C02B and C02T are used for measuring Fan Coil Unit (FCU).
2. C02F is used for measuring the fresh air unit.
3. C03P is used for measuring broader areas.
4. PW is used for measuring water or gas usage.
5. PW is used for measuring electricity usage.
